The FLY Racing Formula S combines premium motocross protection with integrated smart technology designed to monitor your ride and help connect you to assistance when it matters.
FLY SMART intelligent telemetry powered by Quin uses five scientific-grade sensors to monitor data while you ride. The system can detect crash events, record impact information and connect with the FLY Smart App.

What Happens When Something Goes Wrong?
The Formula S is more than a protective helmet. Its integrated FLY SMART intelligent telemetry system is designed to recognize a crash, record what happened and help get your emergency contacts notified.
Crash Detected
The Quin Race Sensor uses five scientific-grade sensors to constantly evaluate data while you ride. When the system detects a crash event, it can automatically trigger the emergency response process.
Impact Data Recorded
The FLY Smart App records impact information from the event, helping provide a picture of what happened during the crash.
Emergency Contacts Notified
In the event of a detected crash, the system can contact your designated emergency contacts. FLY Racing also states that APEX subscribers have access to a five-diamond monitoring centre capable of dispatching local emergency services.

The intelligence inside the Formula S is only half of the story. FLY Racing's Adaptive Impact System combines multiple protection technologies to manage impact energy across different types of crashes.
Lightweight Shell
A 12K carbon fiber shell provides a lightweight construction with superior penetration resistance.
Impact Energy Cells
RHEON Impact Energy Cells are designed to maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts.
Dual-Density EPS
Six tuned zones provide a progressive response to both low-speed and high-speed impacts.
Additional Relief
A dedicated shell relief zone uses EPS and EPP to help reduce forces around the clavicle area.
True Functional Ventilation
When you're moving, air is forced through multiple intake vents, travels through aligned channels in the EPS and exits through multiple rear exhaust vents.
Built for Long Days
The Formula S features a washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads.
A premium helmet garage and extra visor are included.
